Justin Bieber‘s birthday is less than two months away, and Beliebers are celebrating the big 1-8 in the most appropriate way possible — by writing an original song! The track, titled “Thank You JB,” will be released on iTunes on Justin’s big day, March 1, and all proceeds will go towards his Believe Charity Drive. I guess this is just another example of why Justin says his fans are “perfect.”

The project is being organized by Together We Rise, a national non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of foster children, as well as Brush Buddies, the manufacturer of the one-and-only singing Justin Bieber toothbrush.

Can you imagine Justin taking on this extremely adult — not to mention Oscar-guaranteed — role? Let’s discuss.

Let me begin by saying I doubt this rumor is true — but oh, how I wish it was. A source tells MovieWeb that Justin Bieber is obsessed with the 1996 horror masterpiece Fear, originally starring Mark Wahlberg, and is interested in starring in a remake. For those of you unfamiliar with the film, Mark’s character pleasures his girlfriend (Reese Witherspoon) on a rollercoaster, carves her name into his chest, then beheads her beloved family dog. In that order. Oh, there’s also a graphic rape scene thrown somewhere in there.

So is it totally crazy to think that Justin would star in an updated version of Fear?

Of course it is. But hey, it’s not the most damaging Justin rumor I’ve ever heard — that honor goes to Mariah “He Wouldn’t Let Me Use A Condom” Yeater — so I’m just going to pretend it’s a possibility.

If you think about it, Justin and teen-Mark’s career histories are actually pretty similar: They both rap, they both act, and they both have a penchant for posing in their undies. In fact, the only thing separating Justin from a young Marky Mark is the absence of that ever-elusive third nipple.

At least, that we know of.

As teenage boys go, Justin Bieber is probably better turned out than most the bulk of the time.

However even the superstar 17-year-old suffers a fashion miss occasionally.

The Under The Mistletoe singer looked vaguely ridiculous with patterned socks pulled over his tracksuit bottoms as he walked though LAX yesterday.

He teamed the grey trousers and long blue socks with a white t-shirt, blue zip-up sweater waistcoat, and blue Vans.

He completed his look with a large furry hat.

Justin is known for his adventurous approach to fashion, and recently tweeted a picture of himself wearing a faux fur animal SpiritHood- Hollywood’s current must-have accessory.

For once the star’s girlfriend Sena Gomez was absent yesterday, leaving Justin with only two burly minders for company.

Earlier this week the Justin and Selena, who has been performing in Puerto Rico, were once again caught locked in a passionate embrace.

The couple enjoyed a late night trip to Disneyland in Anaheim, California before she left, and were spotted stealing a kiss in a smoothie bar.

Things soon may be taking a rockier turn for Justin professionally however, with reports that his manager and mentor from the very beginning is thinking of leaving him in favour of new talent.

There have been rumours that Justin’s manager Scooter Braun has his eye on UK group The Wanted, who have recently begun a mini US tour.

According to entertainmentwise.com, Scooter met the Wanted when they supported Justin at London’s 02 Arena last year.

It has been claimed that Scooter is confident the group could crack America, and he was responsible for securing their gig on the Ellen DeGeneres show recently.

‘Scooter is always on the lookout for the next big thing,’ a source told The Sun.

‘It’s just an instinct thing but if he’s backing them, there’s every chance they could do well in the States.’

Selena Gomez recently tweeted a photo of herself kissing pal Ashley Benson, but boyfriend Justin Bieber has nothing to fear, because it appeared to only be wholesome hijinks.

The Disney starlet was on a girls vacation in Cabo, Mexico, recently when she planted on a big, wet kiss on Ashley Benson’s cheek. Two other tanned young “ladies,” meanwhile, crammed into the picture frame, puckering their lips for the camera person.

The Latina singer’s eyes were shut, and she was wearing a tank top, while Benson looked sexily at the camera.

But Bieber has no worries. After all, Benson is dating his “swagger coach,” Ryan Good, and appears to have no romantic interest in his gorgeous gal pal. Besides, Gomez is one of the few “good girls” left in Hollywood, and was only having a little fun at the time.

With social media so prevalent these days, it’s very difficult for young people to let loose without the entire world knowing about it. Of course, Gomez apparently released the Twitpic herself, so maybe she doesn’t care what people will think of her.

That’s not a misprint. Beliebers who have not fainted dead away, please read on.

On January 19, Justin Bieber posted three new photos to his Instagram account. One was a close-up pic of a pair of red shoes which were partially obscured by shadows, and may or may not have been on his feet when the photo was taken. The shoe pic was captioned: “Vans lifestyle.” The previous photo was a close-up of the Toronto Maple Leafs logo on his shirt. His hand is visible as well and so is his iPhone. The photo is captioned: “I rep my team.. #swag.” The first pic Justin tweeted was a close-up of what looks like a handmade beaded necklace with a carved wooden charm. The figure’s arm are stretched upwards, and it appears to be upside down since Justin obviously snapped the pic himself. Its caption makes a startling announcement:

“I’m gonna follow 1 fan each day for a week.”

So, there you have it. Exactly how the fortunate fans will be chosen is unknown. Since there were no further more informative tweets, the Biebs will presumably simply choose them himself.

Of course, Beliebers have already begun posting comments on the JB fan sites begging–er–trying to persuade their idol to follow them. One clever fan decided to eschew the typical “I love you justin bieber more than u cam image…and i want to see u love u 4 ever u are amazing ” for a more circuitous route. She decided that the way to Justin Bieber’s heart was through his girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

‘Follow me @Style_Selena_” wrote a Belieber calling herself Selena Bieber. “Love Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez Jelena 4ever!!!!”

A 20-year-old Ottawa woman is hoping to flood Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber’s Twitter feed in a bid to help promote organ donation.

Helene Campbell has idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and needs a lung transplant – a journey she’s sharing with the world through YouTube and her website.

Campbell and her mom, Manon, will have to relocate, possible for as long as two years, to Toronto as they wait for a transplant.

As they hit the road, Campbell is asking Canadians to hit the keyboard and tweet to Justin Bieber using the hashtag #beanorgandonor all day on Thursday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET.

The singing heartthrob has 16.5 million digital disciples and Campbell hopes the Twitter campaign will help spread the word about becoming an organ donor.
“I would love for Justin Bieber to either retweet or say something about it himself. I would like to see him set an example for all of his followers,” Campbell told Global News by phone as she drove through Kingston, Ont. on her way to Toronto.

Better yet, she says, Bieber could sign up to be an organ donor himself and let all his fans know.

Campbell came up with the idea with the help of her lifelong friend Kelly Logan. Logan started a Facebook event asking people to tweet about organ donation and consider becoming a donor.

“My best friend is going through this and it’s not easy,” Logan said. “If I could give her my lungs, I would, but I can’t do that.”

The initial campaign wasn’t moving at fast enough pace for the girls, so they decided to up the ante by getting Bieber involved.

“People are tweeting it up. It’s amazing,” she said. “I had no idea it would get this far out.”

By noon on Thursday the hashtag #beanorgandonor was trending in Canada.

“@justinbieber It just takes ONE CLICK!! and over 16 000 000 will know how important it is to #BeAnOrganDonor,” tweeted Andreane Valade.

Alex Kwok, known as @audio_junk, told Bieber: “Canadians should help each other out eh? @justinbieber help out our friend Helen #BeAnOrganDonor.”

Campbell’s friend Annick Lemieux tweeted: “Guys.. Please please please tweet @justinbieber today with #beanorgandonor to raise awareness… It would mean so much to my friend and I.”

The local Ottawa community has also rallied behind Campbell’s campaign. MPP Lisa MacLeod, the Ottawa 67s hockey team and pop radio station Hot 89.9 all added their virtual voices to the call.

Dan Kanter, the Ottawa boy who is now Bieber’s musical director and guitarist did give a shout-out to the cause, posting: “Please help spread the word today for Ottawa’s Hélène Campbell @alungstory http://www.alungstory.ca/ #BeAnOrganDonor”

Bieber, himself, has yet to respond to the massive mail out, but in online Thursday, tweeting mostly about his new album.

Next on the list of celebrities to target is Campbell’s idol Ellen Degeneres, said Logan.

Canadians are some of the worst when it comes to promoting organ donations, Campbell said. It’s a gap she attributes to a lack of awareness and a fear of mortality.

To make matters worse, Canada doesn’t have a national organ registration or allocation organization, despite the fact 4,539 people were waiting for an organ donor in 2011 and only 1,065 transplants were performed.

Using the internet to raise awareness about organ donation is a growing trend, with many transplant lists starting blogs or turning to Facebook and Twitter to appeal to potential donors.

Hollywood Life is reporting Justin will not only be following Selena in South America, he will join her on stage tomorrow during her UNICEF concert at the House of Blues in Los Angeles. A source says, “Justin will be a surprise guest at Selena’s concert. UNICEF is really important to Selena and Justin knows this.” The source says Justin and Selena “love traveling together” and he will make the time to visit her while she is out on tour.

Selena is not the only one who loves Justin Bieber. Justin became a trending topic on Twitter today with hundreds of fans tweeting the message, Justin Deserves Our Love. The young Canadian deals with a lot of hate and his Beliebers are making sure he knows there is enough love out there to cancel out the negativity.

The 17-year-old started the love fest after he tweeted, “I’m gonna follow at least 100 fans each day all this week. (i do this anyway though).” His fans were ever so grateful and began tweeting their proclamations of love and loyalty. Beliebers sent the singer encouraging messages and urged others to quit picking on him. Fans listed out the numerous reasons why Justin is so special. One of the most common reasons to love Justin was because of all of his charity work. Charity is something Selena and Justin feel strongly about so it is no wonder he is going to lend his name and voice for a good cause.

A Justin Bieber autograph set to go up for auction on eBay on Friday comes with a car.

It’s hoped this Bieber signature will raise enough money to refurbish the skateboard park in the pop idol’s hometown of Stratford, Ont.

Frank Sandola of Stratford Hyundai says Bieber wanted the money raised to go to the skate park.

During the Christmas holiday Bieber dropped by the dealership and signed a red 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0 Turbo.

The autographed car will be on eBay for 10 days.

They may be millionaire pop stars, but it appears Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are just like any other teenagers.

Spotted out earlier this week, the young couple let their raging hormones run wild as they enjoyed a passionate kissing session against a fridge.

Canadian singer Bieber, 17, pushed his girlfriend, 19, up against the unit full of drinks as they waited to be served in a branch of Jamba Juice.

The couple had been enjoying a late night trip to Disneyland in Anaheim, California when they made the detour to a nearby smoothie bar.

In between recording his new album, Bieber has currently been spending time with Gomez and her family in Los Angeles after her mother’s tragic miscarriage last month.

Her mother Mandy Teefey, 35, lost her unborn daughter Scarlett, four weeks ago.

Yesterday, Bieber hit out at fans who take advantage of him.

He wrote on his Twitter page: ‘Funny how I meet people everyday. Great people. smile. take pics. sign things and then some just like to tell rumours. #CantWinThemAll

‘Gotta just kill ‘em with Kindness. I know my responsibility. but sometimes I just gotta hurry up and take a p**s though. LOL.’

Meanwhile, in an interview with the new issue of V magazine, Bieber declared he ‘isn’t a kid’ anymore.

He said: ‘People need to know I’m not a kid anymore,’ adding that he’s ‘not completely grown-up’ either. I’m still learning.

‘I’m not going to try to conform to what people want me to be, or go out there and start partying, have people see me with alcohol. I want to do it at my own pace.

‘I don’t want to start singing about things like *****, drugs and swearing.

Ricky Gervais has been run out of Hollywood by incensed Justin Bieber fans after poking fun at the teen idol at the Golden Globe Awards.

His exit came as he vowed never to return to the hosting podium after being panned by critics.

One Belieber tweeted: ‘Ricky Gervais. I hate you. I love Justin Bieber!!do not mess with justin i kill you.’

Another wrote: ‘You dont know what your talking bout justin bieber, your a mean t**t, you dont know nuffink.’

Gervais made a quick escape tweeting ‘Getting out of town now. Bieber fans aren’t happy with me,’. Then: ‘That’s some scary sh** Ha ha. Bye LA. hello NY!’

The Beliebers went on the offensive after he mocked their 17-year-old idol over the paternity row that engulfed him last year.

Departing with one last wisecrack, Gervais, 50, joked that he’d armed himself with a guard dog, posting a picture of himself with a tiny fluffy puppy.

‘OK. I’ve got enough protection against Bieber fans now,’ he tweeted.

As for his Golden Globes career, the three-time host said he was bringing down the curtain after a controversial run.

Dubbed ‘dull’ this year after sparking outrage the year before, he announced the end game on his blog.

‘Thank f*** that’s over. I had a blast actually. It was by far my favourite of the three hosting stints,’ he wrote.

‘I’ve told my agent to never let me be persuaded to do it again though. It’s like a parachute jump.

‘You can only really enjoy it in retrospect when you realise you didn’t die and it was quite an amazing thing to do.’
